We want to send a heartfelt thanks to all the folks at Trupanion pet insurance. After a lot of research and careful consideration, we decided to insure Emma with Trupanion because we felt that it was the most thorough coverage we could get for our baby girl - and boy are we glad we made the choice we did! Emma began experiencing pain in her hips before she had her first birthday. The specialist explained our options and it was determined that Emma needed to have total hip replacement surgery on both sides. We knew that we were making the best choice for Emma, but without Trupanion we could not have made it happen. The Member Services team was very supportive throughout the claim process and did a wonderful job keeping us up-to-date on what was happening with our claim. Emma is recovering wonderfully and will live a normal, happy life when her recovery is complete and we have Trupanion to thank for that. We feel comfortable saying that any pets that join our family in the future will be insured with Trupanion pet insurance and we are convinced...Trupanion really believes that good owners should not be punished for having unlucky pets! Our only regret is that we did not find Trupanion sooner!
